At the age of 22, his daughter Clara Livingston inherited this magical development where she extended her father’s legacy through the continued development of countless amenities including an air strip dedicated to her passion for piloting where she notably hosted her close friend Amelia Earhart. The original house where Clara lived, aptly named “Su Casa,” remains to be immaculately maintained and is currently one of the most luxurious accommodations on the property.
