Always in my carry-on luggage:

My Bose noise-canceling headphones, a Kujten cashmere pashmina that serves as a scarf, blanket, and pillow, and a fresh paperback because no trip is complete without one.

Most underrated destinations:

Estonia and the Baltic region are my answer every time someone asks. Stunning nature, incredible wellness culture, long summer light, and none of the overtourism of Western Europe, making it genuinely perfect for families who want to slow down and connect with themselves + local culture.

On my bucket list:

Bodrum, Turkey, which has been on my list far too long, a week long reset at the Eha Retreat in Hiiumaa, Estonia, and spending a proper summer in Montenegro.

my most memorable travel experience:

Saint-Tropez with my son for his first trip abroad. Watching him take to a different language, food, and way of life without a second of hesitation reminded me that travel is still the best thing you can give someone. And that sometimes the most transformative trip isn't your own.
